Primary Armed Training

The Primary Armed Training Course is a private security training program with a total duration of 120 lesson hours. In our private security course in Basmane, Izmir, 100 hours of unarmed training is given to the students, and the remaining 20 hours of training is given with the names of the weapon knowledge and shooting lessons as specified in Law No. 5188. At the end of the training program, the students must be successful in a total of 125-question test, 100 questions in the unarmed test, 25 questions in the armed test as well as the 5-bullet-shooting. In order to be successful in the test exam and to receive an armed security certificate, it is necessary to answer at least 60 questions out of 100 questions asked from unarmed courses. The score value of each correct answer is “1”. Each one of these 25 questions asked from the weapon lessons, on the other hand, amounts to “2” points whilst the value of each bullet during shooting is “10”. The questions of weapon knowledge and shooting are evaluated together and it is necessary to get at least 60 on average.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

  • Being a citizen of the Republic of Turkey.
  • Not Being Banned From Public Rights.
  • Having the adequate health conditions.
  • Being at least a high school graduate and over the age of 21.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

  • Photocopy of the Identity Card
  • 5 Photographs
  • The Original and Photocopy of Diploma or Education Certificate (At least High School)
  • (A report stating no issues found to become an Armed Private Security Officer- from the state hospital)
  • Residence Certificate
  • Bill of Health
